Information
Drs. David and Ella
Van Fleet have a combined total of over 75 years in the practice,
teaching, and research of management and organizations. They
draw upon these impressive careers to provide examples, analyses,
and recommendations for surviving bad bosses, bad workers,
and bad jobs as well as for working to prevent workplace violence.
Accomplishments
In addition to their
many publications authored individually or with others, the

David and Ella have also
served on the WVPI Committee [Workplace Violence Prevention
and Intervention], which is a committee of ASIS International
[formerly the American Society for Industrial Security] and
SHRM [the Society for Human Resource Management] that is tasked
with developing national Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention
